The mission of the National Kidney Foundation is to prevent kidney and urinary tract disease, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplant. Our efforts to prevent, treat and cure kidney and urinary tract disease bring help and hope to kidney patients and their families in New England.
